Job Description



Port Saint John is part of the critical transportation infrastructure of Canada and a cornerstone of the New Brunswick economy. Port Saint John is Atlantic Canada\'s largest port by volume and has a diverse cargo base, handling 30 million metric tonnes of cargo annually, including dry and liquid bulks, break bulk, containers, and cruise. Port Saint John is looking to hire a Customer Strategy Specialist to oversee Venues and Cruise Customer Experience. This position will be responsible to lead the Port Venues program for event and meeting space rentals from marketing, building client relationships, and liaising with operations for event execution. The successful candidate will also lead the execution of the cruise customer experience strategy in the Port Saint John cruise terminals and in the Greater Saint John community. This position reports to the Cruise Development Manager and will work closely on marketing Port Saint John as an attractive Port of Call for future cruise ship sailings.
