Qualifications
RIBO License -- required
Minimum 2years of experience
in the insurance industry Strongcustomer service
Excellentcommunication and phone etiquette
Organized, professional, and customer-focusedResponsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via
phone and email
Provideproduct information, pricing, and customer support
Resolve customer issues professionally Maintain accuratecustomer files
and account updates Collaborate closely with thesales team
to meet client needsSchedule
Monday to Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
