Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused

Customer Solutions coordinator

with strong communication skills to join our team in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with production and logistics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of manufacturing processes.

This is a Fast paced work environment.



Key Responsibilities:



Customer Interaction & Order Management



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online portals in a timely and professional manner. Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system. Provide quotes, pricing, and lead time estimates based on customer requirements. Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing updates on order status, delivery schedules, and any potential delays.

Coordination with Internal Teams



Work closely with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure orders are manufactured and shipped according to customer expectations. Communicate any changes, delays, or issues to customers proactively. Collaborate with sales and account managers to address customer concerns and identify opportunities for growth.

Issue Resolution & Customer Satisfaction



Handle customer complaints and troubleshoot product or service issues. Work with quality and production teams to address defects, returns, or replacements as needed. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns quickly and efficiently.

Documentation & Reporting



Maintain accurate customer records, order history, and communication logs in Quickbooks Generate reports on customer trends, order status, and service performance for internal use. Create Production work orders for the plant for all orders. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:



Experience:

2+ years in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Also accepting applications from recent University graduates ( with Advance Excel and Communication skills).

Education:

College/ University degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.

Skills:

Strong English communication skills (writing and verbal) . Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (

advance Excel

, Word, Outlook) . Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:



Preferred experience with manufacturing processes

Must have ADVANCE Level Excel Skills


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
