The Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) team connects our customers with industry-leading technology solutions to create opportunities and solve business challenges across various segments within the private sector. Located across Canada, the CSA team focuses on pre-sales architecture and creating comprehensive technology roadmaps. By providing thought leadership and leveraging TELUS\' breadth of technology solutions to enable customers\' business goals, we assist Canadian businesses in prioritizing their initiatives to what matters most.
Working collaboratively with Sales, you will develop and cultivate relationships at all levels within our customers\' organization, boost customer satisfaction and become a trusted advisor. Using your ability to be a strategic thinker and technology influencer, you will clearly articulate a holistic view of integrating technology as an enabler of our customers\' strategic initiatives.
