Job Description

Flodraulic is a leader in the design and manufacture of custom solutions in the mobile, industrial and oil and gas OEM markets, with over 30 locations across North America and Europe. We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative for our branch in Saskatoon, SK.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming sales inquiries, walk-in customers
- Purchase order entry using Prophet 21 (P21)
- Assist in shipping and receiving where required
- Maintain and order office supplies and other in-stock items
- May be required to assist with hose and small hydraulic valve assemblies
- General knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
- Communicate in a professional and courteous manner with customers and staff.
- Strong computer skills - proficient in Excel.
- Experience with P21 desirable
- Be detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Enthusiastic, ability to work independently and strong time management skills
- Demonstrated team-player
- Monday to Friday
