Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a pleasant and helpful manner - answer inquiries and provide information to customers
Ensure smooth operation within the company's daily processes and adhering to its set standards
Sell merchandise - receive payments, issue receipts and other forms. Arrange refunds and credits as required
Assist sales staff with product information, such as availability, product descriptions, price, etc.
Receiving orders, picking orders, customer fulfillment - enter data into company's internal system
Price new items and ensure that price changes are carried out appropriately
Maintain showroom presentation - ensuring cleanliness and neatness of the store
Key and process customer orders using Retalix, pick and prepare orders for delivery
Aid with regular administrative and accounting-related duties
Work as a team by interacting and communicating with fellow associates in a cooperative, professional manner
All other related duties as assigned/required
Required Qualifications:
Prior sales experience in a retail or customer service environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
