Summary
We're looking for a full-time, service-oriented person to onboard new clients in both English and French and to assist in basic technical support. Collision industry experience or knowledge would be advantageous but is not necessary; good customer service skills and a willingness to learn are most important. For the convenience of our eastern time-zone clients, the ability to work early morning hours is required.
Position
Bilingual Customer Onboarding & Support Agent
A typical day includes:
communicating with new customers and tracking their onboarding progress,
performing product installation, and support,
monitoring daily data feeds, and
collaborating with the development team on troubleshooting.
We need you to:
be a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident,
be highly proficient in speaking, listening, reading, and writing in English,
be effective at speaking, listening, reading, and writing in French,
be skilled in admin functions including the O365 suite,
be able to work early morning hours, and
have a sincere, committed perspective on providing service.
It would also be great if you:
have some MS Dynamics CRM experience,
have some SQL or other database experience,
have some hospitality industry experience, or
have some post-secondary education.
