Duties
Greet and assist customers in-store, over the phone, and via email in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Actively promote and upsell repair services, accessories, and add-on solutions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with strong phone etiquette.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and basic technical questions related to devices and services.
Accurately enter customer information, job details, and payments into the system.
Process cash, debit, and credit card transactions with accuracy and integrity.
Coordinate with technicians and team members to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Experience
Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or call center roles is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell confidently.
Comfortable handling cash and completing transactions accurately.
Professional attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
