Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited:

Customer Interaction:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.

Reception Duties:

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.

Administrative Support:

Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.

Scheduling:

Coordinate appointments and meetings for clients and team members.

Documentation:

Assist in preparing, organizing, and managing client documents and records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Client Communication:

Handle client inquiries and follow up on their requests, ensuring timely and efficient service.

Assist Digital Marketing:

Create daily visual and written content based on immigration and education filed updates and industry-specific news/ Develop short video scripts focused on trending or high-impact subjects. /Craft long-form video narratives around the company's key promotional campaigns and topical industry discussions. /Create compelling case studies and detailed project overviews using data from successful company projects. /Design promotional visual assets, including infographics and posters. /Collaborate with consultants to produce a variety of video content, both short-form and long-form. /Oversee the end-to-end management, publication, and operation of digital content across all owned media platforms. /Strategize, organize, and engage in the company's in-person and virtual events. /Conduct monthly performance analytics, synthesizing data to generate actionable insights for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications:

Associate high-school, or higher Experience in immigration services/RCIC license is preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, admin or marketing. Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including content creation, social media, email marketing. Be familiar in operating and leveraging platforms such as WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for outreach. Fluency in

Mandarin Chinese and English

(minimum IELTS 6.0 or equivalent). Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
