What You'll Do:
Provide friendly, efficient customer service at our order desk (walk-in, phone, email & text)
Work closely with our Sales team to help customers find the right products.
Process orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Maintain a positive, professional, and solution-oriented approach with every customer.
What You Bring:
1-2 years of customer service or order desk experience (construction supply experience is an asset).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with ERP systems is an asset.
Team-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
