Front Desk Representative
to be the first point of contact for our members and visitors.
Position Overview
The Front Desk Representative provides exceptional customer service to families, assists with administrative tasks, and helps ensure smooth daily operations at our Pitt Meadows location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is detail-oriented, and can thrive in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist members, parents, and visitors with professionalism and friendliness.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff.
Assist with class registration and payment processing.
Maintain accurate and organized records (attendance, waivers, forms).
Support with light administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Keep the front desk area tidy and presentable.
Communicate important club updates and event information to families.
Assist in the sales of merchandise and keep display areas organized and stocked.
Assist with lost and found, mail handling, and other general tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software; experience with Uplifter is an asset.
Positive attitude and a passion for providing great customer service.
Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role is an asset.
