Job Description

We are a family owned and operated drapery manufacturing business located in Scarborough. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and quality window treatments.

We are currently looking for a friendly, responsible, and energetic individual to assist in various office and general labour workroom and duties as part of our team.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Customer Service/Office Duties include assisting walk in customers, answering telephone, taking messages, appointment bookings, preparing quotes, following up and preparing orders, responding to email inquiries, assist in ordering supplies, maintaining and tidying showroom.

General labour help with occasional duties with Drapery workroom include assisting seamstress in various stages of drapery production and maintaining tidy workspace.

Experience not required as Full Paid training offered.

Job Requirements:

Patient, polite, and courteous individual that is capable to work in a Team environment and Individual basis.

Individual requires to have a good command of English both written and verbal.

Working Knowledge of Internet, Email, and basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Customer service experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-Time

Required hours: Weekdays 9:30am to 6:00pm, Available Saturdays 10am-5pm
Location: Birchmount and Eglinton (Scarborough)
