Full-Time Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative - Medical Sales.Inspire Sleep is a comprehensive sleep, health, and wellness office. We relentlessly focus on improving people's lives and believe in doing what is best for our clients. We believe our staff is the strength of our business. Our primary focus is helping our clients improve their quality of sleep through treatment of their sleep disorders. Our staff and consultants consist of medical professionals ranging from registered respiratory therapists, sleep technicians, and board-certified sleep physicians. Additionally, we work closely with both private and public sleep labs ensuring accurate diagnosis and treatment.Inspire Sleep is actively recruiting an independent, highly energetic, motivated, individual for a full-time inside sales representative. The successful candidate will be passionate, professional and be able to effectively communicate our messages to our customer bases. You will also be asked to assist in developing marketing material and marketing strategies. You will work directly with the owner of the company.If working with a rapidly growing team excites you and you have strong communication and interpersonal skills, we would like to hear from you.Responsibilities and Duties- Communicate with our existing customer base and transition them to our online portal.- Be well-versed in the area of obstructive sleep apnea and its treatment.- Communicate company messages effectively and professionally.- Maintain sales reports of your daily activities.- Assist in developing marketing material and strategies.- Communicate with other members of the care team to ensure we are executing our company message.- When necessary, help in other areas of the department or other departments within the same scope of work.- Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.Requirements:- Must speak English and French.- College diploma or University degree with a marketing focus.- Minimum 2 years' inside sales or relevant industry experience.- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage a fast-paced environment.- Superior customer service skills; ability to solve practical problems and respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community.- Action-oriented, team player with an ability to work independently with minimal supervision- Good knowledge of Obstructive Sleep Apnea and CPAP therapy is an asset.- Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook-Possess- A valid driver's license- Self-motivated, and organized- Demonstrated commitment to high levels of quality and customer service.- Good command of English and French.www.inspiresleep.caJob Types: Full-time, CommissionJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $26.00-$32.00 per hourSchedule:
