Job Description

We're seeking a

dynamic and results-driven Customer Service / Inside Sales Coordinator

to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and taking a proactive approach to sales and customer service.

You'll work with clients across a variety of industries -- developing new business, managing existing accounts, and ensuring each customer receives the level of service and support GAP is known for. This position combines customer service excellence with outside sales and business development initiatives to help expand our market presence.

What You'll Be Doing:



Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers Managing incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and accuracy Identifying opportunities for new business and presenting solutions to customers Collaborating with our sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to overall sales goals Providing technical product information and recommendations to clients Traveling occasionally for customer visits or trade events (as required)

What We're Looking For:



Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset Experience in sales, customer service, or account management (automotive experience a plus) Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and results-oriented attitude Fluency in Spanish is an asset and preferred Basic computer proficiency (CRM/order entry experience a bonus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$22.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
