Shift:

Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

In this role, you'll be the

go-to expert

for troubleshooting, training, and providing top-notch support to customers. Whether it's

helping diagnose a mechanical issue, coordinating warranty claims, or creating how-to guides

, you'll be

at the heart of keeping our customers happy and their equipment running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:



Tech-Savvy:

Experience in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Problem-Solver:

Ability to troubleshoot and think on your feet.

Customer-Focused:

Strong communication and ability to explain technical issues clearly.

Organized & Detail-Oriented:

Great at tracking tasks, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines.

Team Player:

Works well with others but can also handle tasks independently.

What You'll Do:



Customer Support:

Assist customers via email, phone, and system software.

Troubleshooting:

Diagnose issues and work with the Parts team to find the right solutions.

Tech Problem-Solving:

Investigate mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic issues.

Warranty & Documentation:

Track and manage warranty claims, RMAs, and technical reports.

Training & Guides:

Create how-to guides, videos, and assist with customer training.

Team Collaboration:

Work with engineering, parts, and technical teams to resolve challenges.

Continuous Improvement:

Streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.

Hit the Road (Sometimes!):

Travel occasionally to visit customers, suppliers, and industry events to strengthen relationships and stay ahead of trends.
