Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking orders and assisting with menu selection
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding food preparation, sanitation, and safety
Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
