Position: Customer Service Support (Inside Sales)

- Hybrid role with a highly flexible policy, requiring a minimum of one day in the officeYour profile:- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing services.
- Bilingual to serve clients across Canada and the US
- Must have some exposure and worked with an ERP system
- Previous experience working in manufacturing, product, fashion or industrial customer service/account managementYour role:- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned Account Executives and identified customers
- Provide strong account management to customers and secure recurrent business
- Stay informed of key markets, product mixes, and product changes
- Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze customer information and patterns to optimize service to customers
