We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team in a hybrid role that combines front-line customer service with stock and merchandising responsibilities. The ideal candidate will enjoy working directly with customers while also supporting store operations through inventory management, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Process sales transactions accurately at the cash register.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain knowledge of store products, promotions, and services.
Stock & Merchandising
Receive, unpack, and organize deliveries.
Restock shelves, displays, and coolers to ensure full availability.
Rotate products to maintain freshness and follow FIFO (first in, first out) standards.
Assist in inventory counts and stock audits.
Keep stockrooms, shelves, and displays clean and organized.
General Store Support
Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the store, including customer spaces and storage areas.
Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring for damaged or misplaced items.
Follow all company policies, health & safety standards, and cash-handling procedures.
Qualifications
Previous retail, customer service, or stocking experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting (up to 40 lbs), bending, and standing for long periods.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
