PAL Airlines is currently seeking Customer Service Specialiststo join our team in St. John\'s, NL. Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide to passengers and airport locations, accurate information regarding flight interruptions, delays, and cancellations.
Rebook and reroute affected passengers to their destination, ensuring minimal inconvenience and delays.
Provide updates to passengers on the status of their flight and assist with alternative arrangements.
Monitor and manage flight disruptions, making real-time decisions to minimize passenger impact and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of passenger information, flight disruptions, and customer interactions.
Communicate effectively with other departments and teams, including operations, reservations, and airport staff.
Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall passenger experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred.
Proven experience in a customer related role, preferably in the aviation or travel industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with reservation systems preferred.
Ability to work evenings, including weekends and holidays.
