Customer Service Specialist provide courteous, quality service to retail pharmacies located throughout Ontario. As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the first point of contact and play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with McKesson Canada. You will be responsible for building rapport and assisting customers with their product orders, answering questions and providing prompt resolution to any potential concerns.

Position Requirements

  • A minimum of two(2) year of customer service experience - call center experience is a definite asset
  • High level of phone confidence & professionalism in all modes of communication with internal or external customers
  • Accurately handle complex customer service requests as the initial point of contact, utilizing multiple administrative systems within the defined service standards
  • Analytical and problem solving skills assuming responsibility and taking ownership until resolution achieved
  • Organizational/prioritization skills to be able to work in a multitasking environment
  • Ability to manage multiple levels from low to high priority tasks ensuring all deadlines is met
  • Learning style that can adapt quickly to meet the needs of the business
  • Commitment to achieve high levels of service excellence and ability to work independently or within a team
  • Ability to embrace continuous learning and customer service expectations in an environment that is constantly changing
  • Experience with Word, Excel, Salesforce CRM and IBMaEUR(TM)s AS/400 is an asset along with keyboarding skills
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues with operating systems, Internet browsers, and our customer internet-based system.
  • Bilingual French/English applicants will be given preference
Additional Information
  • Customer Service Operational Hours are: Sunday 12:00 - 8:00 pm; Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 7:00 pm, occasional or weekend rotation may be required. Friday off when working on Sunday.
  • Full-Time position with rotational start times within our hours of operation.
  • Pharmaceutical background is not required.
  • The person chosen will be able to work from home, however needs to be located close to Mississauga, ON for occasional meetings at the office.

Les specialistes du service a la clientale fournissent un service courtois et de qualite aux pharmacies de detail situees partout en Ontario. En tant que specialiste du service a la clientale, vous ates le premier point de contact et jouez un rale essentiel pour que nos clients aient une experience positive de McKesson Canada. Vous serez responsable daEUR(TM)etablir des rapports et daEUR(TM)aider les clients avec leurs commandes de produits, de repondre aux questions et de fournir une resolution rapide a toutes les preoccupations potentielles.

  • Un minimum de deux (2) an daEUR(TM)experience de service a la clientale - laEUR(TM)experience en service clientale dans un centre telephonique est un atout certain

  • Capacite a gerer plusieurs niveaux de taches de faible a haute priorite en veillant a ce que tous les delais soient respectes.

Informations supplementaires
  • Les heures daEUR(TM)ouverture du Service a la clientale sont les suivantes: Dimanche de 12h a 20h; lundi au vendredi de 8h00 a 19h00, une rotation occasionnelle ou la fin de semaine peut atre necessaire. Conge le vendredi si travail le dimanche.
  • Poste a temps plein avec des heures de debut de rotation dans nos heures daEUR(TM)ouverture.
  • Experience du domaine pharmaceutiques non requise.
  • La personne choisie pourra travailler a partir de la maison, mais devra atre situee pras de Mississauga, ON pour des rencontres occasionnelles au bureau.
