Job Duties:

Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with customers Answer and direct incoming phone calls, ensuring prompt and courteous responses. Accurately input production data, transfers, and bulk receipts into required systems and customer-specific spreadsheets. Process customer orders, address inquiries, and provide timely resolution to service-related issues. Assist in managing warehouse inventory based on customer demand and product flow. Ensure the accuracy of data and records through consistent daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. Perform general clerical tasks, including organizing and filing documents. Investigate and help resolve discrepancies related to inventory, deliveries, and customer orders. Maintain up-to-date, organized customer files. Create Bills of Lading and prepare all necessary shipping and documentation materials. Support warehouse operations and logistics when required. Provide appropriate and timely paperwork to customers. Perform other duties as assigned to support the department and organizational goals.

Required Knowledge

:

3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, industrial customer service, shipping, or receiving roles is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and capable of working within various computer systems. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues at all levels. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Comfortable using standard office equipment and technology. Positive team attitude and strong work ethic

Working Conditions:

Manual dexterity required for operating a computer and standard office equipment. Overtime may be required during peak periods. Primarily a desk-based role involving long periods of sitting; some standing and light physical activity. May require time spent in warehouse environments to resolve issues; exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels is possible.
