POSITION:

Customer Service Specialist & Sales Support

REPORTS TO:

Project Coordinator

This is an in-office position. The ideal candidate would live in North Vancouver. Currently located in Deep Cove, our office will move in the Spring closer to the Lions Gate Bridge.

Position Summary:



We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual who is passionate about pets and excels in a dynamic role with diverse responsibilities. The position requires adaptability and strong customer service skills to support our project coordinator in enhancing our brand and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Working both independently and within a team, the customer service specialist will provide support to pet parents via phone, email, and social media. Additionally, this role involves administrative tasks, such as the coordination of sales materials.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:



Support existing and new customers through phone and email communications. Respond to and engage with customers via our social media platforms. Handle customer needs related to our e-commerce platform. Support the project coordinator with occasional administrative tasks. Regularly update and maintain the website's store locator.

Qualifications:



A diploma or degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience in customer service or sales support roles. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Bonus:

Experience with CRM software, content management systems, or design tools such as Photoshop or InDesign.

Working Environment:


This position is based at our head office in North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The work environment is dynamic and may vary depending on daily or weekly tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,500.00 per year
