Duties



Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer needs are met effectively. Assist customers with placing orders, processing transactions, and updating account information through data entry systems. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer experience. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for analysis and reporting purposes. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service quality. Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in both English and Spanish as needed.

Experience



Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Proficiency in data entry, analysis skills, and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous. Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively. Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation, are essential. Experience with upselling techniques and understanding of sales strategies will be beneficial. Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously are important qualities for success in this role. This position is integral to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting our company's growth objectives. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
