Job Description

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager the Customer Service Specialist objective is to provide exceptional customer service to all candidates and clients while supporting the service team in completing administrative tasks.
Description

• Assisting candidates with placements and answering of inquires related to working for Diversified Staffing Services
• Answering and distribution of incoming calls
• Timely response to email inquiries as required
• Calling out to source available and new candidates
• Data entry of new applicants and payroll within a corporate database
• Basic interviewing of general application candidates
• Sorting and filing of time cards and applications
• Distribution of candidate rosters
• General office duties and maintaining an organized work area
• Full cycle candidate placement and customer follow up during off hour and weekend operations
• Escalation of candidate or client inquires to the Branch Manager as required
• Detailed entry of all activities, job orders and timecards within CRM
• Ensuring all temporary placements follow QSS processes and are recorded within CRM
• Inventory control and management
• Handling and escalating all on call procedures as required
• Other duties as assigned

• Maintain a working relationship with all Industrial Team members and Division Managers
• Cross train Industrial service duties as per the Branch Manager
