Corrpro Canada is looking for a Customer Service Specialist.

Corrpro Canada, an Aegion company, is Canada\'s largest corrosion engineering, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring business for the protection and preservation of infrastructure. Corrpro provides professional corrosion consulting and cathodic protection engineering services to major oil companies, government agencies, municipal water, sewer and gas utilities, universities, and public transportation agencies. Corrpro has complete construction installation services, including crews and equipment to install any type of cathodic protection system for any type of structure.

  • Responsible for administrative support functions related to customer contacts and general office overhead and support
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through processing orders, preparing general correspondence, and coordinating customer needs with other functions as required
  • Serves as customer contact regarding such matters as pricing, scheduling and shipping
  • Receive incoming calls from potential and existing clients, contractors, engineers, and sales offices
  • Acquire knowledge of all products and services within district office
  • Price jobs within guidelines, receive approval from appropriate manager if necessary
  • Ensure timely shipping of products or timely scheduling of installation
  • Perform inventory control functions including work order update, amendment, and completion. Run negative inventory reports to identify and correct. discrepancies. Run work order reports to keep mainframe system purged of invalid orders.
  • Identify and track high priority orders to ensure orders are completed timely and accurately
  • Provide support to Technical Sales Representatives
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1 year of general office experience with computer literacy in Windows environment
  • Must have direct data entry and maintenance experience with a large volume customer database
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must have excellent internal and external customer service skills and a strong customer service background
  • Ability to adjust to work-related demands and overcome unexpected obstacles
