Our Customer Service Specialists (CSS) provide support to the day-to-day Operation in the Edmonton Terminal through the efficient and professional administration of full-cycle customer service duties that assist our customers, operations team, and professional truck drivers.
Strong and professional interpersonal and communication skills are a must! The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment with little downtime.
This position has the possibility of turning into a dispatcher role. We are recruiting for a
night shift
role, where everyday is dynamic and involves taking orders and entering in the system, communicating orders and any changes to assigned drivers as well as ongoing monitoring of the system for requests for support.
Shift :Saturday till Tuesday the Saturday till Wednesday - 6PM to 6AM
