We're looking for a motivated and energetic Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our customer base through outstanding service and confident sales interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and provide a welcoming shopping experience. Assist customers with product inquiries, pricing, and promotions. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly. Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise displays. Contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and store performance.
Requirements:

Must be located in Oshawa or nearby areas. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Proven experience in sales or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:

Retail or call centre sales experience. Ability to upsell Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills. Availability on weekends or flexible scheduling.
