Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused

Customer Service/Sales Representative

to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, providing exceptional support, and driving sales through effective communication and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Multilingual abilities and previous outbound calling experience are highly valued.

Duties



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy Assist clients with product information, service details, and resolving issues promptly Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads, promote products/services, and build customer relationships Process sales transactions accurately using cash handling and data entry skills Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems using Microsoft Office tools Support customer support efforts by providing timely solutions and ensuring client satisfaction Perform basic analysis of customer data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling or service improvement Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements



Proven experience in customer service or sales roles Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills Ability to perform data entry efficiently Outbound calling experience is preferred; familiarity with client services is a plus Bilingual Capability (e.g., English & French) is highly desirable Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer data and identify opportunities for growth Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Previous experience with CRM platforms is advantageous

Pay: $33,075.12-$60,070.92 per year
