Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
Assist clients with product information, service details, and resolving issues promptly
Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads, promote products/services, and build customer relationships
Process sales transactions accurately using cash handling and data entry skills
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems using Microsoft Office tools
Support customer support efforts by providing timely solutions and ensuring client satisfaction
Perform basic analysis of customer data to identify trends and opportunities for upselling or service improvement
Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or sales roles
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills
Ability to perform data entry efficiently
Outbound calling experience is preferred; familiarity with client services is a plus
Bilingual Capability (e.g., English & French) is highly desirable
Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer data and identify opportunities for growth
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Previous experience with CRM platforms is advantageous
