Customer Service Sales Associate's Responsibilities

Engage with customers and prospective clients through phone calls, emails, text communication, and in-person interactions Build trust-based relationships by listening carefully and understanding each customer's needs Provide clear, accurate information about products and services to help customers make confident decisions Support customer success by ensuring a smooth, positive, and professional experience from start to finish Maintain detailed and organized communication records as required Participate in ongoing training to strengthen product knowledge, customer service skills, and best practices Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and a customer-first mindset

No previous sales experience is required - full training and ongoing support are provided. An educational background or experience in customer service, communications, hospitality, retail, or business is considered an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
