Customer Service Sales Associate:

Engage with existing and potential customers while actively seeking new sales opportunities. Utilize strong listening and interpersonal skills to identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable products and services. Promote and sell Rogers' full range of telecommunications solutions, including Wireless, Cable, High-Speed Internet, and Home Phone services. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing expert advice, addressing concerns, and ensuring post-purchase satisfaction. Represent the company with professionalism at all times, participate in special events, execute promotional campaigns, and follow up on customer inquiries. Uphold the highest standards of integrity, customer service, and safety, ensuring all interactions align with company policies.
