### Position Overview:


Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the purpose of the

Customer Service Rep/Warranty Admin is to support the full RMA lifecycle and provide support and administration assistance to internal and external customers.

As this is a Customer Service role, a strong professional demeanor, enthusiasm and positivity for serving customers are key desirable attributes for success in this role.

### Key Responsibilities:


Provide ongoing support and administrative assistance to Compugen's internal and external customers.

This includes gathering RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) information, coordinating product returns, processing customer credits, and ensuring vendors issue the corresponding credits.



Manage the entire RMA lifecycle, which includes:


Processing return requests. Providing RMA labels and logistics pickup forms promptly to customers. Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across tools related to each credit. Keeping sales teams and customers updated on return statuses. Collaborating with vendors and distributors to secure return authorizations. Processing customer credits upon receipt. Confirming credit memos are received and financial accounts are updated accurately. Coordinating with Sales, Vendors, and Warehouse teams to ensure the RMA process is completed successfully within the defined SLA. Professionally resolving any order-related issues. Manage the registration of extended warranties with suppliers, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and submitted within required timelines. This includes verifying warranty details, coordinating with suppliers to confirm registration, and updating internal records to reflect warranty coverage accurately.



Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role is preferred. Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English are required. A college degree or relevant certification is preferred. Applicants must be eligible to work in Canada and currently reside within the country. Energetic, professional, dedicated, and positive attitude is essential. High attention to detail is critical for success in this role. Experience in the IT industry and familiarity with related products is considered an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required. Experience navigating SharePoint is preferred.
