As the first point of contact, you will answer customer calls and triage their needs with professionalism and empathy. We will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this role.
Answer and address incoming customer inquiries.
Record, update, and manage customer information.
Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.
Provide support and solutions in line with company policies.
Resolve customer issues efficiently.
Manage and track tickets using Google Workspace and email platforms.
Dispatch site managers as needed.
