Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service (Telephone Calls from CS Queue, Order Entry, Inquiries etc.)
Maintain the highest levels of Customer satisfaction by researching & providing resolutions for Customer needs and provide follow-up on Customer inquiries.
Assist in developing processes to improve productivity and efficiencies.
Duties and responsibilities may be amended from time to time in order to support efficient Company operations and other related duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
Must be flexible to work rotating shifts to open call center at 8:00am and close the call center at 5:30 pm and available to work rotating statutory holidays and possible weekends during busy season.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Excellent customer relations skills coupled with strong problem-solving skills
Great initiative with the ability to prioritize
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Minimum 3 - 5 years of Invoicing and Logistics experience
Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, & Outlook
Working knowledge of Sage Business Vision & Fedex Ship Manager software systems would be considered an asset.
