JOB DESCRIPTION CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE We are a leading exhaust fan manufacturer located in Woodbridge. We are currently looking for a customer service representative who is a self starter and able to work independently. Duties and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Be able to process orders (inputting of all orders, invoicing, filling and updating order sheet) \xc2\xb7 Be able to keep track of orders \xc2\xb7 Prepare project drawings using adobe acrobat \xc2\xb7 Learn about the products to be able to answer any questions from customers \xc2\xb7 Order follow up \xc2\xb7 Assisting sales staff with all sales related tasks Key Competencies:

  • Ability to manage time and prioritize work effectively
\xc2\xb7 Able to multi task and pay attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of business vision an asset Education and Experience: \xc2\xb7 College degree \xc2\xb7 Previous Customer service experience an asset \xc2\xb7 we offer on-the-job training Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
