Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

to join our team in Windsor. The CSR will play a key role in supporting our producers and servicing our valued clients with excellence and efficiency.

MUST HAVE RIBO LICENSE

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Provide policy information, process changes, and issue documentation Follow up on renewals, outstanding documents, and customer requests Work closely with brokers to ensure accurate and timely service Maintain up-to-date client files in our management system Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer to appropriate brokers

Qualifications:

RIBO license Previous experience in insurance or customer service preferred Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and broker management systems (e.g., SIG, Power Broker) is an asset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
