Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative!

Trius Truck Centre/Thrifty Car Rental is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This full-time position (40-45 hours/week) is located in Fredericton, NB.

As a Rental Counter Agent, you will be the face of our business, responsible for:

Handling customer bookings and providing clear explanations of rental terms and conditions. Collecting personal and credit information securely and managing payment processes. Performing various administrative tasks to support company operations, including greeting clients and answering phone inquiries. Effectively addressing customer complaints and questions to ensure a positive experience.
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate will possess a clean driving record and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
