Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
• Handle email correspondence to provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
• Manage data entry tasks to ensure customer records are up-to-date and error-free.
• Process order entries and verify details to maintain accuracy.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with customers as needed.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to organize and document customer data effectively.
• Support both inbound and outbound call activities to meet service objectives.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a call centre environment, adhering to established protocols.
• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle data entry tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Skilled in managing inbound and outbound calls effectively.
• Familiarity with scheduling appointments and coordinating with clients.
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
