SHAW Lab Group in North York, ON is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative who demonstrates professionalism, patience, and people-first attitude. The Customer Service Representative must have excellent written and verbal communication. Qualified applicants know how to demonstrate confidence, understanding and urgency.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Location: 105 Bentworth Ave, Unit 1

Workdays: Monday to Friday Shift

Hours: Business hours 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Flexibility required)

Shift Duration: 8 hours per day

Responsibilities:

Answer 40-60 calls per day Multi-task: simultaneously listen and enter data Ship/ receive dental cases Schedule dental cases (average of 20 per hour) Schedule courier pick ups Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and case status Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs Achieve individual/team goals and KPI's Ability to navigate multiple systems to accurately document and research customer information Other administrative duties assigned by management

Qualifications

At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work Knowledge or experience in the dental industry is an asset Attention to detail

: Based on experience. Medical and Dental benefits. 2 weeks of paid vacation
