In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring excellent service by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.Schedule, confirm, and reschedule cleaning appointments as needed.Assist customers with service questions, pricing, and special requests.Handle complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.Maintain accurate customer records in the companyxe2x80x99s database.Process payments, invoices, and refunds as required.Coordinate with cleaning teams to ensure service delivery meets customer expectations.Assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or service discrepancies.Qualifications & Skills:High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).1+ years of customer service experience (experience in cleaning/hospitality industry a plus).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Proficiency in basic computer skills (CRM software, MS Office, scheduling tools).Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus.Work Environment:Hybrid * May require occasional weekend or evening shifts, depending on business needsWhy Choose Us
