At Smart Medical Pharmacy, we are looking to add a front store store associate!

This position is part time (average 25 hours per week) with the possibility of full time for the right candidate.

Hours of work will be between 9 am & 6 pm, Saturdays 9 am to 4 pm.

This position requires flexability and reliability.

We will train but cash handling experience would be an asset.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette Proficient in data entry and cash handling Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions Sales experience is a plus, enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly over the phone. Utilize effective communication skills to assist customer. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Perform data entry tasks to maintain customer records and transaction details. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Front Store Manager, your core skills in communication, phone etiquette, and customer service will be vital in handling inquiries and resolving issues..
