As an Adult Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our golf cart rental office, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive and memorable experience for every customer. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude. Providing information about rental rates & policies. Handling reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately and efficiently. Conducting check-in and check-out procedures for rental vehicles. Offering operational instructions and safety guidelines to customers. Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Handling cash, credit card transactions, and maintaining accurate records. Collaborating with the rental office team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous customer service experience is preferred. Familiarity with golf carts is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Physically able to retrieve golf carts from the compound. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Flexibility to work part time or full time as needed. Basic computer skills and proficiency in using reservation software and cash handling systems.

Secondary School (preferred)
