Kidz Castle Indoor Playground is now looking for a great individual to join our team in Saskatoon for our busy season!
You would work 8 hours per week between the hours of 4pm and 8:30 pm on Saturday and Sundays.
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for:
- Operating our POS system,
- Answering customer inquiries (in person, emails, phone calls, social media messages)
- Monitoring the play area, make sure everyone has socks on, no rough play and no flighting with each other.
- Helping customers for the arcade game machines. Solve simple problems like machine out of tickets, game token/ticket got stuck inside the machine etc.
- Assisting customers during party booking process. Explain what we include in our different party packages, and any other additional request from customers.
- Cleaning and sanitizing, includes the sitting area, bathrooms, party rooms, arcade games, and play area.
- Handling customer complaints. Report to management when customer requires further assistance.
