You will be based at our office in Crystal Lake, Illinois. Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and forward them as needed
Enter orders
Answer requests for information and basic questions about our products
Provide administrative support to the department
Work with sales staff and all other company departments
Participate in efficiency improvement initiatives
Profile:
Diploma in administration, secretarial duties, human sciences, or related field
Relevant experience an asset
Good communication skills, spoken and written, and ability to work in a team
Ability to demonstrate courtesy, meticulousness, organization and priority management
