Handyman Connection Saskatoon is a locally owned and operated, well established Home Improvement Company dedicated to excellent customer service and quality workmanship. We currently have an opening for a second full-time Customer Service Representative.

What You Will Receive

  • Regular working hours (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm). No weekends!
  • Work with a smaller team of great people
  • Excellent training and support
  • Possibility of growing within our company for the right candidate
  • Starting wage: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities

  • Strong telephone and written communication skills
  • Dedication to superior customer service
  • Must be very organized and able to multi-task
  • Develop relationships with both residential and commercial clients
  • Have a excellent attention to details
  • Manage time and responsibilities - scheduling, customer support, job tracking, billing, staff communications, phone calls, etc.
  • Confident with typical office equipment and computer skills - especially Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and CRM
  • Knowledge of home repair and light remodeling a plus
  • Experience working in a Customer Service Role preferred
  • Confident in selling over the phone
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
