Job Description
Handyman Connection Saskatoon is a locally owned and operated, well established Home Improvement Company dedicated to excellent customer service and quality workmanship. We currently have an opening for a second full-time Customer Service Representative.
What You Will Receive
- Regular working hours (Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm). No weekends!
- Work with a smaller team of great people
- Excellent training and support
- Possibility of growing within our company for the right candidate
- Starting wage: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
- Strong telephone and written communication skills
- Dedication to superior customer service
- Must be very organized and able to multi-task
- Develop relationships with both residential and commercial clients
- Have a excellent attention to details
- Manage time and responsibilities - scheduling, customer support, job tracking, billing, staff communications, phone calls, etc.
- Confident with typical office equipment and computer skills - especially Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and CRM
- Knowledge of home repair and light remodeling a plus
- Experience working in a Customer Service Role preferred
- Confident in selling over the phone
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
