Are you a highly organized, people-person with a knack for detail? We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic sales department. This role is perfect for someone who excels at communication and thrives in a fast-paced environment. While a technology background is not required, a strong technical aptitude is a plus.

About the Role:

This is a key position focused on improving the initial customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for new inquiries and will play a crucial role in ensuring they are handled efficiently and effectively. This is a people, communication, and detail-oriented role that requires a high level of comfort using the telephone and excellent written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle new inquiries from potential customers Triage and score new inquiries to route them to the appropriate person or department (e.g., assign to a sales team member for a quotation or to the support team) Respond to inquiries within a defined scope, providing accurate and helpful information Follow up on responses to ensure customer satisfaction and track progress

Desired Outcomes & Results:

Faster processing of new inquiries, leading to: Conversion to a sales opportunity (e.g., a quote sent by the sales team) Signed up for a webinar Inquiry closed Improved conversion rate of new inquiries to customers Reduced the number of open inquiries Reduced workload on existing team members by gathering more complete information in the early stages of an inquiry

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, sales, or customer service Post-secondary education Must be comfortable using the telephone Must have strong communication skills Proven ability to be detail-oriented and highly organized

Bonus:
