DESCRIPTION

Minogue Medical is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative who will report directly to the Supply Chain Senior Manager. The incumbent will provide superior customer service and support different departments in administrative tasks. The incumbent will also respond to client requests and provide them with information on the products and services offered by the Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responds promptly to customer needs in a positive, courteous and respectful manner; Responds to requests for service and assistance; Provide customers with detailed information on the different products; Address customer issues and monitor appropriate solutions; Process all customer requests accurately and promptly; Ensure complete customer satisfaction; Accurately document and update customer records; Support to the Sales and Service teams; Support Management Team with different administrative tasks and projects.
REQUIRED SKILLS

CEGEP degree, equivalent or higher; Minimum of two (2) years experience in a customer service role; Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills; Excellent ability to listen and find solutions to customer requests; Strong attention to details; Professional demeanor is a must; Maintain an emphatic, respectful and courteous attitude; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent communication skills in both English and French, both written and spoken.

Minogue Medical est actuellement a la recherche d'un representant du service a la clientele qui relevera directement de la directrice principale de la chaine d'approvisionnement. Le titulaire du poste fournira un service a la clientele de qualite superieure et supportera differents departements dans certaines taches administratives. Le titulaire du poste devra egalement repondre aux demandes des clients et leur fournir de l'information sur les produits et services offerts par Minogue Medical.

RESPONSABILITES

Repondre rapidement aux besoins des clients de maniere positive, courtoise et respectueuse ; Repondre aux demandes de service et d'assistance ; Fournir aux clients des informations detaillees sur les differents produits ; Traiter les problemes des clients et proposer les solutions appropriees ; Traiter les demandes des clients avec precision et rapidite; Assurer la satisfaction du client ; Documenter et mettre a jour les dossiers des clients ; Soutenir les equipes de vente et de service; Soutenir l'equipe de direction dans differentes taches administratives et projets.
COMPETENCES REQUISES

Diplome du CEGEP, equivalent ou superieur ; Minimum de deux (2) ans d'experience dans un role de service a la clientele ; Excellentes competences en matiere d'organisation, de gestion du temps et de gestion des priorites ; Excellente capacite d'ecoute et a trouver des solutions aux demandes des clients ; Grande attention aux details ; Un comportement professionnel est indispensable ; Maintenir une attitude emphatique, respectueuse et courtoise ; Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office ; Excellentes capacites de communication en anglais et en francais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit.

Pay: $15.39-$22.92 per hour
