  • Ensure fast and efficient handling of the need in order to satisfy the customer or supplier
  • Follow up on the order or need, from handling to delivery or conclusion
  • Solve any issues, manage complaints and inquiries, escalate to your supervisor or inform stakeholders when necessary- in collaboration with all team members
  • Plan order deliveries within capacity and coordinate shipments and transportation in an optimal manner



In order to do so, you must:
  • Have a highly developed analytical mind;
  • Be rigorous;
  • Have a collaborative spirit (You\xe2\x80\x99ll have to work closely with all team members)

  • Proficiency with various computer tools including Microsoft Office (A must!)
  • Proficiency in French and English that allows you to express yourself clearly and concisely (8/10, both verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Ideally 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing sector
  • Ability to adapt
