Canadian Blind Manufacturing based in Richmond, BC is a fast growing, customer oriented blind manufacturing facility, and is looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual as its Customer Service Representative. Duties and responsibilities:
Data Entry
Client service and support
Handling incoming phone calls and emails in a pleasant and professional manner
Welcoming all walk-in dealers to the showroom and assisting them with their needs
General office duties
Additional requirements:
Min. 3 years of Customer Service experience in Canada
Fluent in oral & written English
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
The ability to establish priorities, work both independently and collaboratively, and achieve objectives with minimal supervision
Knowledge and understanding of Imperial system, formulae, calculations and codes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
