They demonstrate a positive energy and consistently provides exceptional customer service to FBC Members.Our ideal candidate will have experience in tax preparation or bookkeeping. A solid grasp of accounting principles and tax regulations will help you better support Members with tax-related inquiries and financial record-keeping, as well as collaborate effectively with other departments.If you appreciate growth and training opportunities, thrive on building relationships and helping others, and want to develop your career in tax and accounting, then this is the role for you.Please note that this position will report directly in person to our Regina branch office.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOur successful candidate will:

  • Provide exemplary customer service to FBC Members
  • Collaborate with other team members/departments to manage and exceed Member expectations
  • Prepare, review and file confidential documents, reports and other correspondence materials
QUALIFICATIONSEducation and Experience
  • 2+ years of front-line customer service experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
  • Tax knowledge and/or bookkeeping skills would be considered an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with well-developed telephone skills
  • An aptitude for learning
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Superior time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately
  • A working knowledge of MS Office
