Mna Distribution Inc seeks an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities:

Ability to identify and assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Assist in scheduling the next day\xe2\x80\x99s work for team.
Generate proposals.

Requirements:

Proven customer support experience is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
Must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to learn new software easily.
Proficiency using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel is required.

Competitive Salary Hours: Monday through Friday, we are flexible (overtime available) Employee benefits include:
